Integrated Community Supports (ICS)
Our program, Integrated Community Supports (ICS), offers a range of services designed to support and provide training in community living service categories to adults aged 18 and above who reside in a living unit of a provider-controlled ICS setting. This can be delivered up to 24 hours per day in the person’s living unit or within the community. We place a strong emphasis on community participation, household management, adaptive skills, as well as health, safety, and wellness.
We understand that the living environment plays a critical role in an individual's overall well-being. Therefore, we offer comfortable, modern-styled apartment units that are safe and tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents. Our apartments are conveniently located in the Twin Cities, and are designed to promote independence and foster a sense of community, while providing the necessary support for individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Our dedicated staff recognizes that each resident's situation is unique, and therefore requires a personalized approach. We work collaboratively with each resident to identify their specific needs and preferences, and develop a customized care plan that is tailored to meet their individual needs.
